JACKSON COUNTY, AL (WAFF)
A Jackson County judge has ordered a U.S. Senate candidate to pay more than 1,400 in sanctions for failing to give a deposition.
The judge recently issued the order after Shadrack McGill failed to show for a deposition then walked out of one, in a civil suit against him involving the sale of a Woodville restaurant back in 2010.
The judge ordered McGill to pay the money to the plaintiffs in the next 30 days and provide a deposition in the next 45 days.
