FLORENCE, AL (WAFF)
Florence police arrested and charged 18-year-old Shaiya Rowlett with rape in the second degree.
Police say Rowlett is accused of having multiple sexual encounters with a 15-year-old.
Police say the contact is believed to have been consensual.
