Geneva County deputies rescue man from flood waters

GENEVA CO., AL (WSFA) -
A man was rescued Friday in Geneva County after his truck stalled in the flood waters.
According to Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms, the man was driving along Columbus Holly Road when he crossed over the barricades blocking off the road. His truck stalled in the rising waters.
Deputies from Geneva County arrived on the scene shortly thereafter and successfully rescued the man.
He was cited by the Sheriff's office for crossing a barricade.
