A real estate agency in Georgia is selling a 12 room, underground bunker built in 1969.
Called "The Facility," the asking price is $17.5 million.
According to the listing, not only can it withstand a 20 kiloton nuclear blast, the Facility also has luxury apartments that can sleep 13, another five staff bedrooms.
Being a Cold War era bunker, it has 3-foot thick concrete walls, decontamination showers, and new secure air intake systems. It is 45 feet underground.
But it's not all gloom and doom in the Facility. There is also a home theater that seats 15, exercise and recreation rooms and a 100 yard firing range.
"Above ground, The Facility offers 2,000 square feet of commercial space, a renovated 1,000-square-foot caretaker's home and below ground the facility offers 14,000-square-feet of living and working space," the Atlanta Business Chronicle reported.
"Guests can enjoy the large home theater with seating for 15, a commercial grade kitchen, a recreation area, library and TV room," Harry Norman reported. "The Facility is equipped with a full workshop, a separate business and conference center and fully equipped medical room."
The bunker is in an undisclosed location somewhere in Tift County.
