Lawyer: Alabama teen facing terror charge is mentally disabled

Pruitt is jailed on a $1 million bond on a charge of attempting to solicit or provide resources for terrorism. Court records say Pruitt attempted to provide less than $1,000 in resources. No Yieldmo
