Alabama Shakes in 'A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving'; 2016 festival pre-sale set for Black Frida

As America braces for days of Thanksgiving turkey leftovers, Bonnaroo has reheated some of the music festival's memorable 2015 performances.
"A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving" is streaming now on bonnaroo.com. (You can also watch it below.) The 66-minute video features live Bonnaroo clips from last year, including Athens band Alabama Shakes doing "Don't Wanna Fight," rock legend Robert Plant reimagining Led Zeppelin's "Black Dog," Aussie indie songwriter Courtney Barnett performing "Pedestrian at Best" and R&B eccentric D'Angelo grooving "Sugah Daddy." Comedian Jo Firestone hosts "A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving." The live Bonnaroo footage also features artists including Earth, Wind & Fire, Hozier, My Morning Jacket, Twenty One Pilots, Mumford & Sons, Brandi Carlile and more.
The Bonnaroo 2016 lineup has yet to be released.
Gulf Shores' Hangout Music Festival announced its 2016 lineup last week.
Fans can watch "A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving" through Nov. 30.
A limited number of pre-sale general admission tickets for Bonnaroo 2016 go on-sale 11 a.m. CST on Black Friday, aka Nov. 27, at bonnaroo.com.
This year's festival will be held June 9 -12 in Manchester, Tenn.
The pre-sale tickets are $299.50 plus applicable fees, limit four tickets per order. After that allotment has sold out, the festival will offer a limited block of general admission tickets at $324.50 plus applicable fees.
Bonnaroo 2016 will be the 15th anniversary of the Manchester mega-fest, which begun as a more jam-band oriented event before evolving into the sort of lineups that host artists ranging from hip-hop mastermind Kanye West and ex-Beatle Paul McCartney to thrash-metal pioneers Slayer, future-R&B singer Janelle Monae and country upstart Kacey Musgraves.
